Welcome to the web site of the National Council of Negro Women, Inc. Co-op City Section (NCNW). We greet you from the largest middle income co-operative housing complex in the entire nation which is located in the Bronx, New York.

NCNW has been a respected member of this community since 1971 when we were chartered by Dorothy I. Height, Chair and President Emerita. We continue the legacy of our founder, Mary McLeod Bethune, through the many public service programs and activities that we provide in this community.

We hope that this web site is informative and may inspire you to join us. There is a place for you in our organization if you wish to serve the Co-op City community by contributing your time and talents to NCNW’s purpose.

Judith Roberson
President
